How customer review collection works:
The NPS(Net promoter Score) reviews collector sends messages asking consumers to rate the product from 0 to 10.

Segmenting results into 3 groups
0-6 - detractor
7-8 - neutral
9-10 - promoto
Based on the score, one more message is sent with a URL asking to write a review of the product.
URL can be - product page URL or custom URL
Note: These messages can be sent after X days of order delivery (per need)
